台灣目前正在經歷68年來最嚴重的旱災,如何省水成了一大課題。除了邊洗澡邊尿尿以外(無誤),食物上的選擇其實佔了更大的影響!Grist拍攝了影片來說明各種食物(以8 oz為單位)所需要的水量,每個都會讓你出乎意料。

以美國來說,農業跟養殖業佔了最大宗,家用水只有前者的約1/5。如果你還是無法感受落差,先幫你做點心理準備:少吃一塊8 oz的牛排,等於少洗了54次澡。
